Παραλαβή από κατάστημα ΕΛΤΑ: Δωρεάν αποστολή και παραλαβή με την επίδειξη του Α.Δ.Τ. , 1-5 εργάσιμες ημέρες.
Κατ´οίκον αποστολή μέσω ΕΛΤΑ: Κατ`οίκον αποστολή (ενδέχονται καθυστερήσεις) , 1-10 εργάσιμες ημέρες.
Speedex αποστολή μέσω ΕΛΤΑ: Κατ`οίκον αποστολή (ενδέχονται καθυστερήσεις) , 1-10 εργάσιμες ημέρες.
Για τους κατοίκους Θηβών, υπάρχει η δωρεάν δυνατότητα παράδοσης χέρι με χέρι ή παραλαβής από τον χώρο μας.

We offer worldwide shipping with tracking number so that you keep track of your package.
1) POST OFFICE STANDARD: Standard shipping is provided with a tracking number, so that you can keep track of your package (recipient signature necessary). Packages are handled and distributed by the national post service of the destination country. Once the package is scanned within your country, you can contact your local post office for more information and delivery arrangement.
2) TNT STANDARD: Courier shipping via TNT. Available only for EU region.
2) EXPRESS: Express shipping upgrade, via DHL or TNT express, available at checkout. Tracking number is provided.
In case of damaged package, please take a photo and contact us asap.
Any unclaimed package that is sent back to us, will only be reshipped after the payment of the shipping cost.
If you have not received your order AFTER the estimated delivery time, please contact us mentioning your order & tracking number.
All items are sewed upon your order. There is a processing time of 1-7 business days before shipping your order.
If your order is urgent please contact us in advance and we will be glad to help.

Buyers are responsible for any customs costs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. No returns or refunds due to custom cost..

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for custom or personalized orders.
You must contact us before any return.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping procedure, costs and losses during transit.
The item must be in its original condition (unworn/unused/clean/no smells) and in its original packaging.
In case you do not use the original packaging let us know in advance otherwise there will be a loss in value, which wil be deducted from the refund.
Please mark "RETURN" on the package and ship back it back to us.
We strongly advise you to keep any documents, tracking info and a photo of your package until we confirm that we have received the return.
We are not responsible for any taxes or duties incurred when the package returns to us and if any incurs will be deducted from the refund.
