REST OF THE WORLD
We offer worldwide shipping with tracking number so that you keep track of your package.
1) POST OFFICE STANDARD: Provided with a tracking number and recipient signature necessary. Once the package is scanned within your country, the national post service of the country will deliver it. No full insurance included.
2) TNT/FEDEX COURIER: Courier express shipping with full insurance. It is the best choice if you want to receive your package with no delays.
In case of damaged package, please take a photo and contact us asap.
Any unclaimed package that is sent back to us, will only be reshipped after the payment of the shipping cost - No refunds
If you have not received your order AFTER the estimated delivery time, please contact us mentioning your order & tracking number.
All items are sewed upon your order. There is a processing time before shipping your order.

We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
No returns or refunds due to custom cost.

We can't accept returns for custom or personalized orders.
Returns within Greece are arranged by us via Speedex and the cost is 3.50€ .
International returns can be arranged by us via TNT/FEDEX courier. We will contact you in advance regarding the cost. Alternatively, you can arrange the return via your local post office.
We strongly advise you to keep any documents, tracking info and a photo of your package until we confirm that we have received the return and confirmed the refund.
The item must be in its original condition (new/clean/no smells) & in original packaging otherwise any loss in value will be deducted from the refund.
No refunds on FedEx/TNT economy express & express shipping.
Refund/Exchange will take place only after we have received the package and confirmed its condition.
We are not responsible for any taxes or duties incurred when the package returns to us and if any incurs, they will be deducted from the refund.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping procedure, costs and losses during transit.
