REST OF THE WORLD
We offer worldwide shipping with a tracking number, so you can easily follow your package at every step.
1) FedEx Courier: The best option if you want fast, secure delivery with minimal delays.
2) Post Office: Includes a tracking number. A recipient signature may be required, depending on the destination country.
Once the package enters your country, delivery is handled by the local postal service. For updates, please contact your local post office.

SHIPPING TROUBLESHOOTING
Damaged package
If your package or its contents arrive damaged, please take clear photos and contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.
Unclaimed package
Any package that is returned to us as unclaimed will be reshipped only after the new shipping cost has been paid.
Full refunds are not available for unclaimed packages.
Please make sure to monitor your tracking information and contact your local carrier if needed.
Any additional shipping costs incurred when the package is returned to us will be charged to the customer.
Lost/Delayed package
If you have not received your order after the estimated delivery time, please contact us and include your order number and tracking number so we can investigate.
PROCESSING TIME
All items are sewn upon order.
Please allow a processing time of a few business days before your order is shipped.
If your order is urgent, please contact us in advance and we’ll be happy to help.
ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME
Please check the estimated shipping time at checkout.
We do our best to meet these estimates; however, delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
When shipping via standard postal services, your order may arrive after the estimated delivery date, depending on your country’s postal service.
If you require a guaranteed delivery time, please contact us in advance so we can arrange shipment via courier service.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.
Please note that customs delays are beyond our control and are not included in the estimated shipping time.
Returns or refunds cannot be accepted due to customs fees or import charges.

Exchanges
The first exchange within Greece or the European Union is free of charge.
(Remote areas are excluded.)

Returns
Returns within Greece can be arranged by us, via Box Now, and the cost is 3.00€ .
International returns can be arranged by us via FedEx courier. We will contact you in advance regarding the cost. Alternatively, you can arrange the return via your local post office.
Important Information

Please keep all shipping documents, tracking information, and a photo of the return package until we confirm receipt and process your refund.

Items must be returned in original condition (new, clean, no odors) and in their original packaging.
Any loss in value may be deducted from the refund. -
Refunds or exchanges are processed only after we receive the item and confirm its condition.

We are not responsible for any taxes or duties incurred when the package is returned to us.
If applicable, these costs will be deducted from the refund. -
Buyers are responsible for any loss or damage during transit.
