REST OF THE WORLD

We offer worldwide shipping with tracking number so that you keep track of your package.

1) POST OFFICE STANDARD: Provided with a tracking number and recipient signature may be necessary - depending the country. Once the package is scanned within your country, the national post service of the country is responsible for handling and delivery, you contact them for details. Customer service time depends on your national post service.

2) TNT/FEDEX COURIER: Courier express shipping with full insurance. It is the best choice if you want to receive your package with no delays, securely and safely.

Damaged package

In case of damaged package/content, please take a photo and contact us asap.

Unclaimed package

Any unclaimed package that is sent back to us, will only be reshipped after the payment of the shipping cost - No refunds.

Please make sure to check tracking status and contact your local carrier for any delivery. Any extra shipping cost from returning the item back to us will be charged to the customer.

Lost/Delayed package

If you have not received your order AFTER the estimated delivery time, please contact us mentioning your order & tracking number.

PROCESSING TIME

All items are sewed upon your order. There is a processing time before shipping your order.

We do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them.

Via standard post service your order is likely to arrive after the estimated delivery date - depending on the post service of your country.

For guaranteed delivery time please contact us in advance and choose a courier service.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES

Buyers are responsible for any customs costs and import taxes that may apply.

We are not responsible for delays due to customs and are not calculated in shipping time.

No returns or refunds due to custom cost.

RETURNS

You must contact us before any return.

We accept returns and exchanges.

Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery

We can't accept returns for custom or personalized orders.

Returns within Greece can be arranged by us, via Speedex, and the cost is 7.00€ .

International returns can be arranged by us via TNT/FEDEX courier. We will contact you in advance regarding the cost. Alternatively, you can arrange the return via your local post office.

We strongly advise you to keep any documents, tracking info and a photo of your package until we confirm that we have received the return and confirmed the refund.

The item must be in its original condition (new/clean/no smells) & in original packaging otherwise any loss in value will be deducted from the refund.

No refunds on FedEx/TNT economy express & express shipping cost.

Refund/Exchange will take place only after we have received the package and confirmed its condition.

We are not responsible for any taxes or duties incurred when the package returns to us and if any incurs, they will be deducted from the refund.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping procedure, costs and losses during transit.
