PRODUCTS, MATERIAL & PROCESSING TIME
All products are 100% handmade.
The items are made using vegan-friendly materials, consisting of two layers: PU and polyester.
Each bag is made to order, so please allow a few business days for processing before your order is shipped.
If your order is urgent, please contact us in advance and we’ll do our best to assist you.
PAYMENT METHOD
We accept safe payments via Credit/Debit cards, Paypal, Klarna,Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank deposit (Greece only).
All online transactions within the European Union are subject to verification in accordance with Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) and the Payment Services Directive (PSD2).

CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER?
We accept cancellations or modifications if your item has not dispatched or is not in progress.
Please contact us as soon as possible, including your order number and request.
COLORS
We do our best to represent our products accurately in the photos; however, please note that colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen.
If you would like additional photos or details, please feel free to contact us before placing your order.
DIMENSIONS
We do our best to ensure accurate measurements; however, as all patterns are cut and sewn by hand, slight variations of approximately ±1 cm may occur.
These minor differences do not affect the functionality of the product.

PHYSICAL STORE
Our workshop is located in Thebes, Greece.
Visits are welcome by appointment only, so please contact us in advance to arrange a suitable time.
We do not have a physical store; however, we regularly participate in events and markets where you can see, try, and purchase our products in person.

CUSTOM ORDERS
We welcome customization requests on our existing designs, so please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
