PRODUCTS & PROCESSING TIME

All products are 100% handmade and vegan friendly.

Each bag is handmade upon the order, please allow us a few business days for processing before shipping your order.

If your order is urgent please contact us in advance and we will try to assist you.

PAYMENT METHOD

We accept safe payments via Credit/Debit cards, Paypal, Klarna, bank deposit and cash on delivery (Greece only).

Online transactions, within the EU, are going through verification according to Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) and the latest Payment Services Directive (PSD2) requirements.

CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER?

We accept cancellations or modifications if your item has not dispatched or is not in progress.

Please contact us as soon as possible, mentioning your order number and inquiry.

COLORS
We do our best to present the products accurately in the photos but please keep in mind that the colors may appear differently according to your computer screen.If you would like some extra photos, please contact us before you place your order.

DIMENSIONS
We do our best to produce accurate products but please keep in mind that all patterns are cut and sew by hand. Therefore there might be a deviation of +/- 2 cm approximately which will not affect functionality. Thank you for your understanding.

PHYSICAL STORE

Our workshop is located in Thebes, Greece. You are welcome to visit after contacting us to arrange visit time.

There is no physical store but we do take part in events and markets where you can see, try and shop our products.

CUSTOM ORDERS

We do encourage customization requests on our existing designs so do not hesitate to get in touch and we will try to make your dream bag.
